Christianity Basically: The Holy Spirit

Who is the Holy Spirit?

Christians believe in the Trinity – that is, in God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

It is important to realise that this does not mean that Christians believe in three gods – they do not. Christians believe in one God that has three parts.

Christians believe that God took human form as Jesus Christ and that God is present today through the work of the Holy Spirit. In this film you can learn more about God, the Holy Spirit.
