One day training course

Are you working with young people whose challenging behaviour prevents them from engaging with the curriculum? Are you keen for them to see the value in being part of the class or the small group?
YFC’s national ‘Reflex’ team specialise in supporting the education and character development of challenging young people. Drawing on their practical knowledge and experience of over 10 years working with young offenders, youth at risk of offending and marginalised young people, Reflex have created a practical and interactive day that will give you the top tips and tools needed to see breakthroughs with your more challenging and vulnerable young people and young adults.

This is for churches, mentors, teachers and youth workers who work with young people who are challenging, disengaged from learning or at risk of offending. This training enables attendees to understand and use Reflex’ myLife courses, which develop character and teach vital life skills. They explore topics such as: managing emotions, living Independently, relationships and money management. A 12 month subscription includes the cost of this training day.
