Harvest Loaf
As part of the Harvest festival there is often a special Harvest loaf baked. But how is the loaf made?
Ploughing
First of all the farmers need to plough the field.
Seeds are sown
The farmer plants the seed and then allows the wheat to grow.
Harvest
The farmers then harvest the wheat.
Flour is made
The wheat is then turned into flour.
The Bread
The flour is then baked into the Harvest loaf. The loaf is in the shape of a wheat sheaf with a little mouse climbing up it.
